The "Perimeter Secure" for all MCSD facilities has been lifted - there is no threat to staff or students. Students will be dismissed at their normal times at the end of the day and busses will run as normal. Thank you for your patience as this situation was being dealt with.

Good afternoon. On advice of the Madison Police Department, Madison High School, Middle School and Elementary Schools have moved to a "Perimeter Secure" designation because of a situation at Dakota State University. There is currently no threat to any students at any of the schools, but we are taking all necessary precautions. Once the perimeter secure is lifted we will be in contact.
