Congratulations to the Madison High School Girls Golf Team for place 5th in the State A Girls Golf Tournament that was held in Madison on June 2nd and 3rd at the Madison Golf and Country Club! Way to go team!
Our Madison Bulldogs had a great day 1 of competition at the SD State Track Meet! They are excited for day 2 and hope that you can come out and support them! Go Bulldogs!
The MHS Softball Team will be playing Milbank in tomorrow's (Tuesday) SoDak 16 Softball game at Thue Field in Madison. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00. With this being a state event, we will be charging admission ($6 for adults, $4 for students) so please plan accordingly. Hope to see you at the game! GO BULLDOGS!
Today's Varsity/JV softball games against EPJ that were scheduled for today in Madison are POSTPONED. These games will now be played tomorrow (Wednesday) at the Sanford Sports Complex in Sioux Falls (field #10) at 12:00pm. Varsity will played first followed by JV.
The Varsity/JV softball game scheduled to be played at Lennox today HAS BEEN POSTPONED. This game will now be a VARSITY ONLY GAME on Thursday at 4:00 in Lennox.
The girls golf meets at both Vermillion and Sioux Valley HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. These events will not be made up.
State Tennis is still on, but has been moved indoors - see the attachment for the updated schedule and locations.
The Dak XII Conference Track and Field meet scheduled for today in Canton HAS BEEN CANCELLED. This event will not be made up. The track team will have practice today at 12:00 noon in the high school gym.

Good afternoon, We have made it to the end of a great school year. Thank you for your help and support in the education of your kids, it is appreciated! So, today we send them home for the start of a wonderful summer. Again, thank you for your continued support, Madison Central is truely thankful for the support of PUBLIC EDUCATION!
This student has matured into a very nice student athlete. He broke the school record in track this season and has a wonderful future in front of him!
