Madison High School's Ag Teacher and FFA Advisor, Mr. Tucker Bigge, was awarded a scholarship to attend a Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education (CASE) workshop in the Agricultural Power and Technology content area. Mr. Bigge teaches Ag Mechanics and Ag Power classes to over 60 students each year at MHS, and will use the training he receives at this workshop to help prepare students for potential careers in the Ag industry. This will be the second CASE institute that Mr. Bigge has and the opportunity to attend, and he looks forward to implementing the curriculum into his upcoming classes. Continuing education in content areas is especially important in Agricultural Education in order to stay up to date with the procedures and equipment used in the industry, and so Mr. Bigge is very grateful to have opportunities like these to improve his teaching abilities. Please help us in congratulating him!
