The United Methodist Church of Madison has a long-standing tradition of a free community meal every Monday night. The meal is open to all. The Madison High School NHS raised $1200 to donate 260 meals catered by Sunshine of Madison. Members including Calista, TaidenEvie, Isaiah, Caleb, and Aedan served the meal on February 2, with the help of Alexis, Lydia, Henry, and Mr. Ludemann. Thanks NHS!

Two MHS students (Graydon and Isaiah) were honored at the January board meeting for attaining a perfect score on the Spring 2025 South Dakota Science Assessment. They were two of the 33 students in the entire state to record a perfect score. Help us celebrate their accomplishment.

It's all hands on deck for a 12:15 dismissal Thanks to the MES lunch staff for getting everyone fed before dismissal.
In addition to school being dismissed at 12:15 today (Wednesday, January 21st) for Madison Central, THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICES AT ANY LEVEL THIS AFTERNOON OR EVENING - that includes high school, middle school and youth practices.
Madison Central School District, St. Thomas, and Madison Christian Schools will be releasing students at 12:15 PM due to the weather.
