On Monday, MHS hosted its first Club Fair. It was a smashing success! The fair featured 17 different clubs MHS students can participate in. The Club Fair was the brainchild of Our Student Council President, Calista. Calista said, "Last year, my classmates and I noticed a lack of participation in our clubs among underclassmen. When I asked them why, many said they simply didn't know about all the options MHS offered. Because of this, I wanted to create a space that showcased these opportunities. I worked closely with Dr. Johnson, Mr. Baskerville, MHS club advisors, and other students to launch the club fair. Our goal was to let new students see everything Madison has to offer alongside their friends and classmates, making them feel welcome and excited to get involved." Thank you for helping get this idea off the ground Calista and for showing MHS students all the great things we have to offer.

This Thursday's Volleyball games at Flandreau will start 30 minutes later than originally scheduled, with the C match starting at 5:00 pm.

Congratulations to Bodhi, Atley, and Oliver for earning a place in the 2026 South Dakota Senior Honor Choir! These singers, under the direction of Dr. Lee Nelson from Wartburg College, spent a week at Black Hills State University in Spearfish collaborating with 149 of the finest high school singers in the state. Selection to the SD Senior Honor Choir is the highest honor a choral singer can earn in South Dakota. Way to go guys-MHS is proud of you!

Due to anticipated thunderstorms and rain, tonight’s softball game against Lennox has been canceled.

We are looking at the possibility of holding Senior Night during our SoDak 16 game. More information will be shared once details are finalized.

Doors will open at 12:30 pm on Sunday for Graduation.
The Senior Video will start at 1:00 pm.
The graduation ceremony will start at 2:00 pm

Please be respectful of others if you enter the gym while the video is running. Please keep the noise to a minimum so others can hear what the graduating seniors are saying during the video.
