Please complete the form below to provide the Madison Central School District with information about your child's enrollment in kindergarten in the fall of 2025. Kindergarten Screening is scheduled for March 27, 2025. If we are unable to hold registration due to weather, the date will be April 3, 2025. A link will be emailed to you to sign up for a time for your child to be screened. Both kindergarteners and Jr. Kindergarteners must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025, to attend. Current Junior Kindergarten students do not need to sign up. Thank you.

Please note the following changes for tonight's GBB games in Milbank. Both the C-Team (elementary gym) and JV (High School Gym) will play their games at 4:00pm. The Varsity game will follow the JV game in the High School Gym at approximately 5:15pm. The gymnasiums are in close proximity to each other (in the same building) and can both be accessed by using the main doors (Door #1) of the High School.
