The Lady Bulldog Gymnastics team is almost done with their season. During the month of January, the Bulldogs competed in six meets. They started off the new year on January 5th with a dual at O’Gorman. Unfortunately, the Lady Knights won the meet. Later on, the Bulldogs attended the Patty Jorgenson invite in Brookings, placing 9th with a 127.225. The Bulldogs also traveled to Vermillion and won against Vermillion on January 10th. On January 14th, the Lady Bulldogs hosted the Linda Colligon invite, they came up just short of the Chamberlain Cubs, but scored a season high of 133.2.
Next up for the Bulldogs is the regional meet in Milbank on February 4th. This meet is a qualifier for state and competitors have the chance to qualify as a team and individually. The state meet is next weekend February 10th and 11th. Stay tuned to hear the results of the meet.
