Madison High School

The Lady Bulldogs Varsity Basketball team has competed in ten games this season so far, with a record of 3-7. However, some of these games were non-conference. The girls’ picked up their first win early in the season, against Elkton at the Entringer Classic on December 17th. After a much-needed Christmas break, the girls beat Dell Rapids on January 7th, adding the second win to their record. The girls played in the DSU Classic the following week and grabbed the third win against Chester. The Lady Bulldog team, however, lost a couple of players this season, due to injury or other reasons. It’s been a hard adjustment, but the girls, under new head coach, Maxine Unterbrunner, plan to keep working hard and playing a good game. Good luck to our Lady Bulldog Basketball team.
