Born on April 30th, 2005, Ashlyn Ann Rustand, or as her dad calls her, Ashie Washie, comes from a family of four. The daughter of Mark and Toni Lynn Rustand, and the older sister of Ember, Ashlyn hasn’t always lived in Madison; she lived in Canby, Minnesota, until the end of fourth grade.
Ashlyn lives by the motto, “to live in the moment,” and traveling is a substantial part of Ashlyn’s life. In fact, as an influencer Ashlyn said she “would base my content off of traveling because it is one of my desired hobbies.” When asked if she could live anywhere in the world for a year, she did not hesitate to reply with: “Florida, because it is warm and there are many activities to do there.” Ashlyn has already started a bucket list. Some items on her bucket list include: traveling to Disney World, camping, and visiting drive-in movies. While not at school, you can find Ashlyn watching Grey’s Anatomy, The Kardashians, and hanging out with friends.
After high school, Ashlyn plans to become a Jackrabbit at SDSU and major in Pre-Dental in hopes of becoming an orthodontist one day. Ashlyn recommends to everyone to “keep working hard, and don’t procrastinate.” In 10 years, she sees herself with a financially stable career, preferably as an orthodontist and she aspires to have a loving family and a beautiful home.
