Have you ever wanted to go to space and explore new planets? Well due to our advancements in technology it may soon be a possibility. It has been over 50 years since astronauts have walked on the Moon last. In 2024 NASA is planning to go to the Moon again, and this time they plan to stay. Recent research indicates that there may be frozen water on the Moon and breakthrough discoveries from the LCROSS satellite show that the Moon is rich with resources. With the discovery of this comes many great possibilities for future space exploration.
With the future landing on the Moon and setting up a base, many new opportunities will open up. The first one is that there are more resources on the Moon, some of which are rare on Earth. Our companies are constantly trying to make better and cheaper products at the same time. If we can transport rare resources from the Moon back to Earth, then the price for them would drop. We would be able to produce better products with lower costs. Another opportunity is the exploration of Mars and the rest of our Solar System. With the Artemis Mission, many companies have been making breakthroughs in technology and making more advanced spaceships and equipment. With that being said, it may be possible for us to use the Moon as a starting point to Mars and other destinations. We will also be able to learn more about the Moon because travel there will be a lot easier after the Artemis Mission and with that, we can learn more about how it and Earth came to be.
