Sometimes people are difficult to understand. Mackenzie Ryan believes if she had the superpower to read people's minds, she would better understand what they are trying to say. Mackenzie Ann is a typical 17 year old that lives in town, just blocks away from the elementary school.
Mackenzie's favorite colors are blue and yellow. She loves lasagna, and her favorite T.V. shows are The Originals, or anything Marvel. In her free time, she likes to catch up on all the Marvel movies. However, if she could play any character in a movie or TV show, she would want to be Stiles Silinski, from TeenWolf; she wants to be him because he is the only human in his friend group but still saves their lives, more than once, which makes him unique.
Mackenzie says life is like a Sour Jawbreaker. She said that this past year she had some “medical problems and with COVID, I wasn’t able to see anyone.” These things were sour and difficult to swallow, kind of like a sour jawbreaker. She describes herself like Piglet, from Winnie the Pooh, because like Piglet, she is super jumpy and gets scared easily. Some of the things that make her frightened are heights, flying-insects, and clowns.
For her post-high-school plans, Mackenzie would like to attend DSU for a year. She would then head to Rapid City for her nursing degree. She likes the city and the environment and the Black Hills. If she had five million dollars to spend, she’d take her family on the trip of a lifetime. Ten years from now, she sees herself being settled down, having a family with two or three kids, and being a nurse. There is no doubt that Mackenzie has a bright future, and she will work hard to achieve every inch of success.
