If you have ever wanted to meet a kind and fun person, you should meet Rachel Ann Olson. She is a seventeen-year-old senior at Madison High School. Rachel has a mother named Lori, who is a nurse, and a father named Travis, who is a project manager at East River Electric. She also has two younger brothers, Myles and Tyler, as well as a shih-tzu named Oscar.
Rachel’s favorites are fun and creative. First of all, her favorite color is pink, because she finds it pretty. Her favorite food is the Taco Salad from El Vaquero. She likes to watch Grey’s Anatomy, and the movie that is her favorite is Mamma Mia. Not only does she like Mamma Mia, but she identifies with Donna from Mamma Mia and would play her role if given the chance. She says this is because Donna is “adventurous and spontaneous.”
Rachel has a very unique personality. When asked what her favorite animal was she replied with a lion, because they are majestic and beautiful animals. She says that if she were to start a YouTube channel, she would sing, because she loves to sing, and if she had five million dollars to spend in five days, she would give it to her family to travel the world with. The reality show that Rachel would like to appear on is Dancing With the Stars because she says it would be fun to dance with professionals and learn how they dance and practice.
Rachel is a very creative person and she likes to express this in her school life. She plays trumpet in the band, one of her favorite school activities, and she also enjoys her art classes. Another one of the classes Rachel enjoys is biology.
Rachel’s plans after high school are still undecided, but nonetheless she has a bright and exciting future ahead of her. She does plan to go to college and get some form of a bachelor’s degree, though she hasn’t quite decided the major. After that, she would like to move out of South Dakota and travel around, probably because of her adventurous personality. One of the places that she would like to travel to would be Europe, because she wants to see all of the different European cultures, architecture, and fashion. Rachel is a very kind and fun person to be around. She is very creative and has a bright future ahead of her wherever life takes her.
