Breanna Marie Bruns, also known as “Bre,” says her nickname came about because, “My parents just started calling me that when I was younger." She is an outstanding senior at Madison High School. She is the daughter of Matt and Kim Bruns. She has three siblings, Allison, Max, and Gavin, and also has one brother-in-law, Ty. An important person in her life was her Grandpa Doug. He was the true definition of “Always stay humble and kind” and showed how to work hard without relying on recognition. She has lived in Madison her entire life but just recently moved outside of town.
Breanna likes to spend her free time with friends and family and doing her own nails and others'. She found her passion for hair and nails in 2020 during the lockdown. One of her most memorable moments was getting her dream dog, Hazel.
After high school, she plans on going to Lake Area Tech for Cosmetology and moving back to Madison, working in a salon. In ten years from now, she plans on still working in cosmetology, hopes to have her own salon, be married, and start a family. Her advice to underclassmen is “There's more to High School than just grades.”
