Downtown Madison –where the art’s alive! Come to the Madison Area Arts Council (MAAC), otherwise known as the Brickhouse, to see this month’s shows. Complimentary drinks will be served.
October 17: Join returning artist to the Brickhouse, Mart Stuart, from Nashville, Tennessee. Stuart holds a deep love for the Beatles, and his music brings an easy-going vibe with a guitar driven edge. Doors open at 7:00, and the concert begins at 7:30 Saturday night.
October 31: Come to the Brickhouse for a costume party, accompanied by the indie and punk hits by the Brookings-based band, P. Skunk Willy. The concert will kick off at 7:30, with doors opening at 7:00 Saturday night.
Find the Brickhouse at 106 SE 2nd St, across from the laundromat and down the street from East River and Purple Paintbrush. Keep up with what’s happening at the Brickhouse on Facebook and Instagram. Follow the artists on Spotify to hear more of their music. Stick around after the concerts to talk with the musicians and others who share your passion for the arts!
