On a mission to save the world from the threat of Artificial Intelligence, a “Man From the Future” shows up at a diner in L.A. looking to recruit a specific combination of people to join him. Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die is categorized as a Sci-Fi/Adventure movie, but it also incorporates elements of comedy and dystopian genres. If you are interested in movies that explore a potential future of A.I. while keeping things lighthearted, this is the movie for you.
Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die stars Haley Lu Richardson, best known for her role in Five Feet Apart, and Sam Rockwell. The movie starts with Sam Rockwell’s character, a “Man From the Future", as mentioned before, walking into a diner to pick a group of people to help him save the world. As the movie progresses, there are several plot twists and unusual storylines that leave you on the edge of your seat. The visuals and dialogue in this film are very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend watching it. Overall, I would give Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die a 9/10.
