Ryland Parker Johnson has lived in the Madison area for his whole life. His lovely family of 5 has two dogs that they love. His favorite food is deer heart; after every successful hunt, he grills the heart that night. When Ryland goes out to eat in Sioux Falls, his top pick is Famous Daves. His favorite movie to watch is Star Wars, and his favorite book is The Lord of the Rings. The playlist he listens to when he gets a chance is AC/DC or any type of rock music. Ryland enjoys reading the Bible, and his favorite passage is Ephesians 6:10-18.
When Ryland has free time in his busy life, he enjoys playing video games, hunting, and fishing. When he is not pursuing his hobbies, he plays sports, attends school, and participates in a youth group. In the summer, Ryland works at the Madison Country Club with the grounds crew. At work, he enjoys being outside and working with his friends/coworkers.
Ryland's bucket list consists of getting a degree, finding someone he loves and marrying her, shooting an elk, and going scuba diving. When he attends college, he aspires to become a physical therapist, aiming to “help people recover from injuries.” In 10 years, he sees himself working at a good job and enjoying life. In the future, when he becomes a millionaire, he plans on investing in companies to make even more money.
