Kai Carlyle Thomsen is the only son of Stacy and Cory Thomsen. His nickname is Tentmaster Kai. He got his funny nickname during his freshman year when Mr. Cordts needed help setting up a tent. Kai called many places his home during his childhood, including Arkansas, Texas, and South Dakota. Some of Kai’s favorite things are the color blue, Noodles and Company, and the Fast and Furious franchise. Kai has a secret passion for boating because he can spend time with his friends, and it’s cool.
Kai is a talented runner and he finds running easy. He works at Sunshine, and his favorite part of his job is his break time. He does a lot of different things during his free time, but his favorite thing to do is fly planes. Kai has a bucket list consisting of getting his pilot's license, going to Disney World, and exploring Europe. If Kai received 5 million dollars, he said he would, “Give half of it to family, buy a plane, and invest the rest”. Kai's five favorite things are his family, house, bed, phone, and his friends.
Kai is continuing his passion for flying planes. He is going to Lake Area Tech so he can become a pilot. Kai sees himself employed by an airline and in possession of a nice house and a family. If Kai had a large following, he would share his knowledge of planes. Kai is scared of scooters because somebody pushed him off one and almost broke his wrist. Kai is a young man who has a bright future ahead of him with great goals in sight.
