Karley Kay Theede, “KT, Lark, or Kar”, is a girl who originally came from Minnesota. Her journey took her from Lewiston to Saint Charles to Rushford, Minnesota, and then finally settled in Madison, South Dakota. Her family consists of her mother, father, brother, and two sisters. The one thing she just can't live without is her beloved sister, who is said to give the best advice. Though the fear of failure stresses her out and holds her back, that hasn’t stopped Karley from hitting 1,000 assists in volleyball, breaking the school record.
Success is a goal for Karley - after graduating, she intends to go to Minnesota West Tech or the Southeast DMS Program to become a Dental Hygienist. After achieving that goal, she wants to settle down and marry, have kids, live in the Black Hills with two dogs, and have a vacation home in Florida.
A little trivia about Karley is that she likes to go shopping with the girls, her friends, and sisters, and find outfits for them. If she were to play any character, she’d play Cinderella because she’s her favorite. Given the chance to live anywhere in the world, she’d choose to live in Cape Coral, Florida, for its lavish lifestyle, relaxing weather, and beauty. Lastly, her advice for underclassmen is, “Work really hard at everything you want to do, and be the best". Karley’s motto is, “If you have to question it, don't do it.”
