Rylee Jean Anderson, aka Ry or Ryle, is the daughter of Josh and Stacy Anderson. She was born in Arizona, but moved to Madison shortly after. Rylee’s family consists of five people and one dog. Her dad is the DSU football coach. When asked about something that comes naturally to her, she said that “Being social comes easily to me, but that was only the case after junior year.” She works as a lifeguard because she loves being able to keep people safe.
When Rylee was asked what she can’t live without, she said, “My family because of how much they’ve done for me.” Although she doesn’t have a bucket list, she said that if she did have one, it would consist of seeing England, visiting New England, seeing France, and watching Noah Kahan in concert. If she could have any power, she would choose teleportation to be able to travel the world. Rylee said that her future dreams are to go to college for education and theology and start teaching on the East Coast. If she could be any character, Rylee said she’d want to be someone from the Marvel movies for power, and she stated her favorite character is Nick from New Girl because he’s funny and sarcastic.
Rylee said that she recommends the Bible, as it has taught her a lot about her faith. Some of Rylee’s favorite things include the color green, Chick-Fil-A, spaghetti, The Hunger Games, New Girl, spending time with her friends, English class, autumn, Noah Kahan, and Folk Pop. When asked what her motto is, Rylee responded, “Philippians 4:13.”
