Audrey Marie Allen is a senior at Madison High School. All her life, she has attended Madison Central School District. Her ties to Madison run even deeper, as she has two older sisters who have also been through the school district. The one sport that she participates in and that she thoroughly enjoys is tennis. Outside of school, she is a dietary aid at Bethel Lutheran Home. Audrey’s favorite thing about her job is that she gets to make the residents happy, which makes a lot of sense because the thing she is afraid of the most is letting people down. However, this does not stop her from continuing to be the excellent “people person” she is.
A fun fact about Audrey is that she loves Italy. She considers Italian food, such as pasta and soup, to be her favorite food. Furthermore, if she could live anywhere in the world, she would, of course, pick somewhere in Europe or Italy. Audrey has an insatiable hunger for the arts, as evidenced by her great love for the finer things in life. Whenever she isn’t meeting celebrities like Hugh Jackman and Tom Holland, she practices various instruments, including the ukulele, piano, and guitar. Along with that, Audrey also loves to sing, which would explain her heavy involvement in the choir at school. She has been involved in many music-related activities, like last year's musical, Mad Voices, and a solo with the jazz band last spring.
Another aspect of her life that she enjoys discussing is her future. Next year, Audrey plans to attend college, where she hopes to double major in elementary education and K-12 music education. After that, she plans to start a career as an elementary school teacher and possibly a choir director. Audrey hopes to get married and have kids in the next 10 years. Nevertheless, she will surely still love cars and Legos just as much in the future as she does now. Finally, Audrey’s go-to quote is “It’s just an empty cup,” from one of her favorite Disney movies, Cars.
