Emaylia Seeger, known to friends as Ema, moved to Madison in 2021 from Box Elder, South Dakota, bringing her adventurous spirit with her. After high school, Ema plans to attend Mitchell Technical College to pursue a career as a Radiology Technician, though she’s also considering enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. Her advice to underclassmen is simple but powerful: “Have your priorities straight.” When reflecting on her high school experience, Ema says her most memorable time was spent in Ms. Lutter’s study hall, where she found both comfort and connection.
