Kennedy Leigh Bryant is a Senior at Madison High School. She has lived in Madison since kindergarten. Kennedy is the daughter of Josh and Shari Bryant, and the older sister of Houston and Holden Bryant. When asked what character best describes her, she stated, “Serina Van Der Woodsen, because of her glamorous lifestyle.” She would also like to live in New York, similar to Serina. Kennedy lives by the quote: “Everything happens for a reason.”
Kenney works as a lifeguard, and when asked what her favorite part of the job was, she voiced, “I most enjoy spending time outside with my friends.” In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends, shopping, watching movies, and playing pickleball. When asked what she would recommend, she stated, “I would recommend playing pickleball with friends and eating ice cream afterwards.” Kennedy participates in many activities, including basketball, track, Maroon News, NHS, student council, FCA, HOSA, and Teens as Teachers. She also enjoys running and hopes to one day run in 3 major half marathons in Hawaii, Disney World, and Chicago.
After high school, Kennedy plans to go to South Dakota State University for nursing. In ten years, Kennedy sees herself with her master's in nursing and working as a nurse anesthetist in either the Black Hills or Sioux Falls. When asked what her most memorable moment so far was, she replied, “Being on homecoming court with my best friend, Miranda”. Kennedy’s advice to underclassmen is “be nice to everyone, you don't know what others are going through.”
