Volume one of Stranger Things Season 5 was released on November 26th, 2025. Hours before the release of this thrilling new season, fans were discovering secrets and creating theories. Worldwide, people were excited to finally unravel the mystery of the upside-down. Many theories were formed: for example, one that many assumed was true is that Vecna has control of Will. Before watching season 5, fans should recap the first few seasons.

In season 1, Will was taken by a demogorgon and disappeared for the whole season, leading the group on their journey through the whole show. In season 2, Will becomes possessed by the Mind Flayer, a monster from the Upside Down, meanwhile Eleven tries to close the gate to the unknown dimension. In season 3, things start getting intense.
