The Spirit of Madison has concluded its 2025-2026 season successfully with pride and passion. Their field show, entitled Immortal Heart, is a story about a vampire falling in love with a prince, and how love is never easy for a vampire. The performance had powerful music, beautiful visuals, and emotional storytelling.
The Spirit of Madison has performed in five different competitions throughout South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. They received excellent scores throughout the season. The Spirit started practicing mid-summer and worked hard until the end of the season.
Band parents have contributed significantly to the band's success by assisting students at competitions, from transporting equipment to cheering in the stands. Mr. Kroeger is the band director for this show, whose vision, discipline, and passion guided the students toward excellence. Being part of the band gives every single student memories that they will cherish forever.
