On January 11, 2005, Caleb Duglis Jerlow was welcomed into his loving family of twenty close relatives, where he would later be known as “K-Bob” to his younger cousins. Caleb has lived in Madison his entire life but loves to visit Alaska because he can spend time outdoors doing things that come extremely easy to him such as hunting and fishing. Although fishing is something that comes easy to Caleb he had a bad experience with a type of fish biting his feet, from then on he has been frightened of the Musky. While loving the outdoors, Caleb has a job at Lake Madison where he helps mow the elderly’s lawn, when asked what he likes about his job he states, “It makes me feel good knowing that they don’t have to worry about doing the work themselves.”
Since Caleb loves Alaska so much, he would live there for a year if he could. He enjoys Alaska because there are fewer people in one area and he has more room for himself. Caleb enjoys watching T.V., so he has developed a connection with Squidward, he feels that he and Squidward have the same attitude. Although Caleb likes to watch Spongebob Squarepants his favorite show is Bounty Hunter D, while watching his favorite show he also likes to eat all his favorite foods like crab and if you ask Caleb he will tell you, “It’s the best thing I’ve ever had”, or he will snack on some chicken wings. When Caleb isn’t inside watching his shows and eating his favorite foods you will find him outside adventuring and maybe creating a YouTube channel of, “Some pretty exciting stuff”, Caleb claims he does with his friends.
In Caleb’s future, he sees himself taking a gap year and then attending a four-year university for business. Ten years from now, he sees himself sitting behind a small desk doing insurance. When asked who Caleb looks up to he says, “My grandpa because he has been through a lot and is the luckiest man alive”. One piece of advice Caleb has for the underclassman is, “Pay attention or else you will get homework!”
