Senior Spotlight: Taylor Tesch

Taylor has a job at Good Samaritan Society as a CNA(Certified Nursing Assistant). She enjoys her job because she likes to hear the stories that the residents have to tell. She is good at giving advice and supporting family and friends. Her favorite show is Chicago Fire, along with the movie series Fast and Furious and the book The Cellar. Taylor would recommend watching Chicago Fire because it has drama, action, and every episode leaves with a cliffhanger.

Taylor says, “I can’t live without my cat and dog because when I am sad they are there to cheer me up.” Spongebob would be the best character to describe Taylor because they are both equally crazy. Taylor would like to try snowboarding because she has always wanted to try, but is scared that she will break a bone. Taylor wants to have the superpower of teleportation because she could get places and be on time and not be late. With teleportation, she could also travel the world for free. If Taylor had 5 million dollars to spend in 5 days, she would donate some to a pet shelter and the rest to the cancer research center. If Taylor could play any character, she would play Brett Sylvie from Chicago Fire because she would get to save people from car accidents. If given the chance, she would be a contestant on American Ninja Warrior because the experience would be fun to be able to go through difficult obstacle courses.

In high school, Taylor has learned to not let the little things bother her because “It won’t get you anywhere in life if you worry about every little thing.” Taylor wants to travel to Paris in the future because it's really beautiful there and she wants to see the Eiffel Tower. Taylor’s advice to underclassmen is “don’t slack in class and get your work done on time. “ Taylor plans to go to South Dakota State University to be a nutritionist because she wants to find different ways to be healthy besides working out. In ten years,  she plans to graduate from SDSU and be working as a nutritionist. At that time she also hopes to be living in Ohio with a husband and three children.
