Good afternoon MHS!! The SDSU Theater Department has invited you….YES YOU!... to see their performance of the Broadway musical “Jekyll & Hyde” based on the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson. This workshop/performance is for anyone! You do not have to be involved in theater to come and enjoy this special day and amazing free performance!
The workshop/performance is Saturday, October 19th! We will be leaving the school at 9:00 a.m. sharp! The performance also includes lunch and a workshop for the day at the SDSU Performing Arts Center. Past workshop classes have included stage makeup (bruises and cuts, stage combat, choreography, improv, set design, characterization, movement, and others. If you are interested, please add your name to the signup sheet on my door. I will also need you to fill out and return the permission slip by October 4th. Anyone who has not signed up by October 4th will miss the registration deadline. Permission slips can be picked up in my room. We will have dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings before the performance. Please bring money for dinner. 😊
