Getting hypnotized is a different experience for everyone. Some people remember the whole experience, others have no clue what they were made to do, and there are a few that just cannot get hypnotized. I was hypnotized at the 2019 after prom, and since, I have been hounded by many people with questions about my experience. So, I am here to answer any questions about the experience.
Firstly, yes - I remember everything that happened. However, I have talked to the other people that got hypnotized alongside of me and some have no idea. During the hypnosis, I knew that I was being hypnotized, but there was nothing I could do to stop what I was doing. I was in complete control of my thoughts, but not my actions. When he said a certain word, I knew I didn’t have to flinch, but I there was no way I couldn’t not listen to him.
The entire time, I mostly felt super tired and too exhausted to try and break away from the hypnosis.
Hypnosis ultimately depends on the person and how relaxed they are and how willing they are to get hypnotized. One thing I can say for sure; it definitely worked for me!
